About PRCurrent

PRCurrent is an online publication for business and professional announcements. It brings issuer-supplied releases together with source-based announcement summaries and original publishing guides. Each format is identified on its page.

What you will find here

The newsroom covers announcements such as new websites, business openings, professional initiatives, events, and organizational updates. A release should identify a specific development and the person or organization responsible for it.

Publishing guides explain how to prepare a clear announcement, organize source material, and provide usable contact information. They are general editorial resources, rather than promises about publicity results.

How the publication works

PRCurrent distinguishes submitted announcements from its original editorial guides. Releases are attributed to their issuer. Submitted material is presented as an announcement, rather than as independent reporting or endorsement.

The collection includes publisher updates, a promotional announcement about websites created by PRCurrent, source-based summaries across multiple industries, and practical guides for submitters. Future releases are reviewed before publication. The site does not offer automatic public posting.

Attribution matters

Each release includes a named issuer and a publication date. The issuer is responsible for the claims and materials it supplies. PRCurrent may request clarification, source links, or corrections, and may decline material that does not meet its publishing policy.

Contact the publication

Use Contact for a correction, a publication question, or an inquiry about an existing release. Use Submit a Release for a proposed announcement. Review the Editorial Policy before sending material.

Source-based summaries

PRCurrent also writes short summaries of publicly available organizational announcements. These identify the source organization, link to its original notice, and show the original announcement date separately from the PRCurrent publication date. They do not imply that the organization submitted material to PRCurrent or has a relationship with this publication.
