Editorial Policy

PRCurrent publishes clearly attributed announcements and original guides. The following standards explain what submitters should provide and how release content is presented.

Identify the issuer and the news

Name the organization or person issuing the release. Describe a specific development, with relevant dates and supporting context. A general promotional biography or a collection of keyword phrases is not, by itself, a news announcement.

Support factual statements

Provide source links or other information that can support material factual claims. Do not invent quotations, awards, partnerships, qualifications, patient outcomes, customer experiences, or endorsements. Obtain permission for any quotation attributed to another person and for images you supply.

Medical, legal, financial, and other specialized claims require particular care. A press release should not present general promotional language as a professional assessment or promise a result for an individual reader.

Disclose relationships

Identify representation, paid placements, and sponsorship when relevant. Announcements supplied by an issuer or its representative are labeled as submitted material. Publication does not imply independent reporting or endorsement of the issuer.

Use links for the reader

Include relevant links to the issuer’s website or supporting information. Branded links and descriptive source labels are preferable to repeated search phrases. Paid and promotional links are qualified where appropriate. We do not promise ranking credit, indexing, traffic, media pickup, or a particular search position.

Review and publication

Submissions are reviewed manually. Sending a release does not guarantee publication or a response within a particular period. The publication may request clarification, edit for presentation and clarity, or decline a submission. Submitters should retain the original material they send.

At launch, this website accepts editorial inquiries without collecting payment. Any proposed paid service would require a separate, explicit arrangement; submission alone does not create an order or subscription.

Corrections and removal requests

Use Contact and include the release URL, the statement in question, and supporting information. Explain whether you are the issuer, an authorized representative, or another affected party. Requests are reviewed rather than processed as automatic removals.

Privacy and unsuitable material

Do not submit confidential records, private patient information, identity documents, or material you are not authorized to share. We do not accept fabricated announcements, impersonation, defamatory claims, or content that promotes unlawful activity. For information about handling form submissions, see the Privacy Policy.

Summaries of public announcements

A page labeled Announcement Summary is written by PRCurrent from the original linked source. The source organization is identified separately from the PRCurrent author. These summaries are not represented as direct submissions, commissioned releases, or evidence of a relationship with the source organization. Original announcement dates are shown separately from publication dates. Product and program claims are attributed to their source; summaries are not independent tests or confirmations of current availability.
