PRCurrent uses contact and submission forms to receive publication inquiries and proposed releases.
Information you provide
Forms collect your name, email address, subject or release title, and message. Release submissions also request an issuer name, a source URL when available, and confirmation that you are authorized to submit the material. Do not send confidential medical records, identity documents, passwords, or other sensitive personal information.
Submitted details are sent by email to the publication’s configured recipient. The forms do not create a separate submission archive in the WordPress database. Copies may be retained in email accounts, mail-delivery services, or systems subsequently configured by the operator.
Public release information
A submitted release is not automatically public. If material is accepted, the approved release may include issuer information, quotations, source links, images, and an appropriate public contact route. Private form contact details should not be published without an explicit editorial decision and authorization from the person concerned.
Technical operation
The forms use a security token, a hidden field, and a temporary rate limit to reduce automated submissions. A keyed, one-way hash derived from the submitting connection’s IP address is used for a rate-limit entry that expires after ten minutes. Hosting and security providers may keep ordinary technical request logs.
This package adds no analytics trackers, advertising networks, or embedded social widgets. WordPress and any additional services installed by the operator may process information according to their configuration. External websites have their own privacy practices.
Requests and corrections
Use Contact for a question about a message you submitted, identifying the inquiry without including confidential information. The operator should keep this policy aligned with the services actually used on the live website.
